Every homeowner who reaches out to Lehommemexico Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If tree work on your property went wrong, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Lehommemexico Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@lehommemexico.click and include:

• Your name and the easiest way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Send It

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help as well.
